From March 16 to March 19, my account at Tripod was gone. Thinking my site had been deleted, I created this account so that my site could be moved. I didn't mind moving so much, except for the fact that I wasn't given a chance to leave behind a note for you, the tourists. I would have had to move, and I wouldn't have been able to tell you where I went.
Tripod fixed itself; it was all just a mistake, and everything ended up fine. But I was spooked by the fact that I could so easily lose contact with my tourists. Therefore, I have decided to maintain this new server in case of emergency.
Please bookmark this page, or remember it like you would my main site. If Tripod is ever down for at least three days, I will move my site here. And since you'll have it bookmarked, you won't be lost in transition.
I also want to leave some links here so that you can access parts of my page even when Tripod is down for short periods of time. I can not put everything here- that would take way too long. But I will put the most popular stuff here so that you can still view it.
Please Email me and tell me what you want to appear in Emergency Lemmy's Land! Pretend that my site is down; what do you most wish you could get to? I will provide some links of my choosing. The rest will be selected from your opinions.
Keep in mind that there will be many broken links since not all of my page is here. For example, the links in Lemmy's Fun Fiction to Lemmy's Story Contest do not work.
